When you are satisfied which bikes you wish to hire and where you want them delivered, take a look through the Logistics options below to complete your reservation.
Airport/Train station Transfers If you are arriving at the airport or train station and you don't intend hiring a car. We can arrange to take you, your bikes and your luggage to your starting point, and after your tour, we can bring you back again too. Airports : Bergerac, Limoges Train stations : Sarlat, Souillac, Les Eyzies Route and Accommodation Advice You want to discover the area but don't know where to start. We can advise on routes to suit your needs and suggest accommodation on the way. Start by looking at our resource pages for suggestions on routes, accommodation, and activities around our area, and if you don't find what you are looking for, ask us for more options. Luggage Storage and Transfers If you are arriving by train or plane, you can transfer your day-items in the panniers on your bikes, and then choose to leave your empty bags with us until you have finished your tour or ask us to transfer the rest of your luggage between hotels for you. Luggage Storage and Luggage Transfer service allows you to travel lighter on your bikes, taking only the things you need for each day. Luggage storage : 10 euros per bag (max 25kg per item) Luggage transfers (within 30km radius of Hub#1) : 2.1 euros per km between hotels per group (max 25kg per item and 10 bags per group) If you are travelling further than 30km away the cost is calculated on the distance from our base to your furthest hotel that day. Roadside Assistance Should you be unfortunate to have a mechanical problem with bikes hired from us, Roadside Assistance is FREE within a 30km radius of Hub#1 at Castelnaud. However, if you intend to travel further afield or you have brought your own bikes, and want the peace of mind that Roadside Assistance offers, we can provide this service up to 100km radius from Hub#1 at Castelnaud. When you purchase Roadside Assistance, we will issue you with a mobile phone to call us for emergency assistance. Should you need to do this, we will we either talk you through a simple repair over the phone or travel out to fix or replace your bike(s). The Roadside Assistance fee covers you for the cost of the phone rental and the phone call, our travelling expenses, a replacement bike and labour. Replacement parts however are not covered and should be paid for at the time of the repair. Roadside Assistance (beyond 30km from Hub#1) : 5 euros per person per day. If you do not require Roadside Assistance, but you do have the occasion to call us out, the fee will be based on 2.1 euros per km travelled from Hub#1 at Castelnaud, our labour and repairs at cost.
