We can deliver bikes to most of the Dordogne every day and all year round, from early in the morning to late at night. DELIVERY IS FREE up to 10km from our hub at Castelnaud, so a delivery to Beynac, Castelnaud, La Roque Gageac, or Domme won't cost you a penny. When you spend 100 euros on Bike Hire, DELIVERY IS FREE up to 20km from Hub #1 at Castelnaud, so a delivery to Sarlat, St Cyprien, Salignac, or Daglan won't cost you a penny. For periods longer than a day, we suggest you have the bike delivered to where you are staying. You can reserve the delivery of your bikes, either : A. 24-hour hire : From evening to evening or morning to morning and delivery can take place at your home, hotel, campsite or gite etc ... B. 12-hour hire : From morning to evening for a delivery taking place at your home, hotel, campsite or gite etc ... or anywhere else that you choose. The collection point doesn't necessarily have to be the same as the delivery point and we may also be able to taxi you back somewhere. Just ask when you reserve. The real advantage here, is that you can have the bikes delivered almost anywhere, and then you only need ride the route that you want and not do the getting there bit. In July and August, DELIVERY IS FREE at certain campsites on the days and times listed below, whatever the amount spent. We visit the campsites every two days so if you were to keep the bike for two days, then there wouldn't be any collection fee either. 09h00 to 10h00 Camping du Garrit, St Cyprien on Monday Wednesday Friday 18h00 to 19h00 Camping Le Moulin de Paulhiac, Daglan on Monday Wednesday Friday 09h00 to 19h00 Camping Maisonneuve, Castelnaud on every day except Saturday You must be resident on Moulin de Paulhiac and Camping le Garit to reserve a delivery there. Delivery Tarif : The minimum hire period for a delivery is one day, be that 12 or 24 hours. FREE DELIVERY ZONE. Delivery is free to locations within a 10km radius of HUB#1 at Castelnaud. When you spend 100 euros on Bike Hire, DELIVERY IS FREE up to 20km. Beyond the Free Zones, delivery costs 2.1 euros per km from HUB#1. The Delivery fee includes Collection. If the collection location is different to the delivery location, then the fee is calculated for the furthest location from HUB#1 in Castelnaud. For example, Bob wants a delivery to Souillac (35km from HUB#1) and a collection from Les Eyzies (25km from HUB#1). The fee that Bob pays for delivery and collection together is 35 x 2.1 = 73.5 euros. Delivery Examples : A. Ask for a delivery to Sarlat for a cruise down the Sarlat Green Lane (Piste Cyclable) or for a ride to La Roque Gageac or Les Eyzies. We might even be able to give you a lift back to Sarlat if you ask nicely (supplement required if pick up is outside the free zone) The delivery and collection for the 15km to Sarlat is 31.50 euros (for orders less than 100 euros). Delivery and collection for the 25km to Les Eyzies is 52.50 euros. Delivery and collection for the 5km to La Roque Gageac is 0 euros. B. Ask for a delivery to Les Eyzies for the start of the 'Lonely Planet' Perigord Bike Tour to Cahors. The distance to Les Eyzies is 25km and the distance to Cahors is 56km. Delivery and collection is 56 x 2.1 = 117.60 euros. C. Ask for a delivery to CASTELNAUD for a quiet roll down the Vallee du Ceou to Daglan. This route is ideal for families and novice cyclists. Delivery to Castelnaud is FREE, there is free parking and you can ride straight from the carpark.
