Men from the mountains declared the Dordogne to be a wild and hilly place. The mountain biking was awesome, and the after ride snack was wholesome (monosodium-glutemate heaven).
In their own words "Un apéro bien mérité après une randonnée sportive dans un cadre d'exception entre Périgord et Quercy."

An Irish contingency conquered the Dordogne and Vezere whilst excreting humour and jolliness at every bar in the land.

This friend of a friend Frenchman discovering the Southwest, found the Bastide of Homme to be a pleasant and welcoming place.

Where did you find that lovely bike, Daniel ?

By the time they reached Roccamadour, the lights were out and everyone was tucked up in bed. They weren't lost, just a little behind schedule, and besides, you don't often get to see such lovely countryside by moonlight.

Off they went, two by two, the children in the Céou Valley. Well done to everyone for pedalling 22km and having energy to spare.

Which way for the ice-cream ?

"So, Rachel here, just a quick message to say thankyou for lending us the Tandem, 'cause without it we would have been well and truely stranded......so thankyou, thankyou, thankyou!!!"

"Your web site looks great very impressive. Makes me think about all the places in the Dordogne we missed! No doubt at this very moment the Dordogne is riddled with happy cyclists peddling their vacation away! Just wanted to touch base and say thank you. Thanks again! It was great meeting you and I wish you the best of luck with your business!"

"Dear Mr Bike Man, All was well, thank you ++. There is no doubt that the best way to see La Belle France is by bike !!
You never know, we might be back."

"Unfortunately, our wonderful pictures of Roccamadour in the rain, my 'the only dry thing on me is this jacket' face, and the bum extension on my rear-end, didn't translate too well on our email we sent you. (Damp electrics I suspect-Joel) But we did have a lot of fun in the rain. We've also started to think that suspension is rather a good thing to have on (ahem) Texas cattle grids.
Anyway, many thanks for providing us with proper saddles, stellar bike rental services, outstanding wit, and suave charm. (You are entirely welcome!"
